Sakura Project is a Japanese educational NGO based in Chiang Rai, Thailand which supports children from hill tribes around northern part of Thailand.
We have been dedicating for children and the community since 1991.
<Key achievement>
・Built The Sakura Dormitory in 1991.
・Founder Miwa received The Award of Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2012.
・Succeeded our first crowd funding in 2018.
・Opened The Sakura Hamaya Museum of Ethnicity in 2022.
